Noni juice is used to reduce total cholesterol and triglyceride; to reduce chronic pain, painful inflammation and swelling (root extract); to treat diabetes (chewing leaves releases and activates soluble dietary fiber): slows absorption of simple sugars from gut; to treat parasitic infections (extract from leaves of Morinda citrifolia) i.e., intestinal nematodes; as an anti-inflammatory and acne reducer when applied topically; and for cancer: antitumor potential.
